摘要
本文报道改进后的整块取肾方法。腹腔后腹膜切开，游离双肾时避开小肠及肠系膜根部的干扰，双肾及输尿管游离同时进行，以缩短整块取肾时间，保证供肾质量，提高供肾利用率，且易于掌握。
