股骨粗隆间骨折牵引的疗效观察（附92例报告）

Observation on the effect of traction treatment of intertrochanteric fracture

本文总结了９２例股骨粗隆间骨折病人的牵引治疗，愈合率１００％，牵引后全身并发症发生率８．６９％，无１例死亡。长期疗效优良率达９１．３０％。作者认为，在内固定治疗骨折比较时兴的现在，牵引方法在无禁忌的情况下仍不失为一种安全可靠、经济简便，且易被广大群众乐于接受的好方法，特别是基层医院。本文讨论了骨折的分型和并发症，井对常用的单纯滑动牵引的力学问题进行了实验观察。

2 cases of femoral interochanteri fractures were treaed by traction. Theresults showed that the rate of healing was 100%. The incidence of gcneralcomplications followed by traction was 8.69/00 with no death. Excellent andgood results of long term follow-up were 91.30%.
