摘要
本文应用灰色聚类方法建立了一种新的自然灾害绝对灾情分级模型。该模型与现有的绝对灾情分级方法相比较，具有更强的适用性和科学性。本文最后探讨该模型在评估１９９３年广东省台风暴雨灾害灾情中的应用。
Thsi article presents a new evaluation model of the absolute status of natural disaster, The model is applied to the stuts evaluation of typhoon &rainstorm in Guandong Province in 1993.
