氢蚀温度对20G和15CrMo钢疲劳行为的影响

摘要 研究了氢蚀温度对20G和15CrMo钢常规力学性能与疲劳性能和机制的影响以及应力比对氢蚀后20G钢疲劳性能的影响结果表明,氢蚀后20G钢的疲劳行为受氢蚀对材料损伤程度和氢蚀导致粗糙的裂纹途径造成闭合效应增加两因素联合作用;氢蚀后15CrMo钢脱碳严重,其疲劳行为仅受脱碳对材料损伤作用的影响; The mechanical properties and fatigue crack growth behavior of 20G and 15CrMo steels after hydrogen attack at different temperatures under the hydrogen presence of 18MPa for 240h have been investigsted.The effeCt of the stress ratio on the fatigue crack growth behavior of 20G steel after hydrogen attack has been examined. The results show that the effect of hydrogen attack on the fatigue crack behavior of 20 G steel could be attributed to two factors,namely,the hydrogen attack damage to material and the crack closure caused by rough fracture surface due to hydrogen attack.On the contrary,the only factor decisive to fatigue crack behavior of 15CrMo steel are severe decarburization. The stress ratio have great influence on fatigue properties of 20G steel after hydrogen attack.
