摘要
采用电子探针、图象分析仪、差热分析仪和X射线衍射仪定量研究了Ni在球铁中的分布和Ni对铸态球铁组成相比例,奥氏体中含碳量以及贝氏体转变TTT曲线开始线的影响。结果表明,Ni在球铁中呈连续负偏析,其加入可以影响球铁组成相比例,并使奥氏体中含碳量和贝氏体转变孕育期增加。
The electron probe, image analyzer, differential heat analyzer and X-ray diffraction were used to quantitativdy study the distribution of Ni in ductile cast iron. The influences of Ni on phase constitution in ductile cast iron, the carbon cantent in austenite and the TTT start curve of bainitic transfrmation were also discussed. The results show that, Ni distributed in ductile cast iron in the form of continuous negetive segregation. It's addition made the phase constitution changed, the carbon content in austenite and the inoculation time of bainitic transformation increased.
