鸭法氏囊病的发生与诊断

THE OCCURRENCE AND DIAGNOSIS OF DUCK'S IBD

1994年9月南京市江浦县境内麻鸭发生疑似IBD,经用抗菌素与磺胺类药物治疗均无效,死亡率达30％以上。1995年此病遍及该县6个乡镇及毗邻的安徽省乌衣、相官、汉河等乡镇,对养鸭业危害较重。通过剖检病变和实验室诊断,并经药物治疗验证,证实鸭群发生了IBD,且引起鸭发病的IBDV与鸡有相关性。

In September, 1994, a pestilence occurred in Jiangpu County which caused 30per cent of shelduck dead and the next year spread swiftly from six communes of Jiangpu Couny to adjacent areas in Anhui Province. Dissection, experiment and medicine cure have proved the pestilence to be duck's IBD, and the IBDV is found related to chicken.
