病毒性心肌炎是由多种病毒引起的。风湿性心肌炎是由溶血性链球菌引起的。前者化验:血沉正常或轻度增快,抗“O”正常;心电图:常有st及T波改变,体征:没有心脏瓣膜病变。后者化验:血沉明显增快,抗“O”增高。心电图:常有P-R问期延长,体征:可发现心脏瓣膜病变。
