中型载货汽车用散热器改进设计的试验研究

Improvement of Design and Experimental Study of Cooling Radiator for Medium Duty Truck

根据对国内外载货汽车用散热器现状进行的分析，指出要提高散热器产品在国内外市场的竞争力，就必须实现散热器的高效化和轻量化。对解放、东风和湘江牌载货汽车用散热器进行改进设计，并与原结构散热器进行了对比试验。试验结果认为，改进效果良好。

Based on the analysis of status quo of the cooling radiators of domestic and foreign trucks,the article points out that it is necessary to make the radiators to be high efficient and light weight in order to promote competition ability of the radiator products in domestic and foreign market. Improvement of design for the radiators of the Jie-fang,Dong-feng and Xiang-jiang trucks has been performed and the comparative experirnent of these improved products with oniginal radiators have been carried out. Aanalysis of the result of experirnent shows that good effects have been achieved.
