中重型汽车制动器用铆接式双层摩擦衬片的研制

Development of Riveting Type Double Layer Brake Shoe Frictional Liner for Medium and Heavy Duty Truck

为了降低制动器摩擦衬片成本，将常用中重型汽车铆接式制动器摩擦衬片改为双层结构衬片，即表层为现生产配方原料，底层以废料填充。经各项性能试验证明，该双层摩擦衬片可满足汽车使用要求，其工艺易实现，并可合理利用摩擦材料，有利于清除废料。

The conventional riveting type brake shoe frictional liner of medium and heavy duty truck has been replaced with double Layer liner of which the surface layer is made by the material of the current products and scrap liner is used as the raw rnaterial of the base layer in order to reduce the cost of the brake shoe frictional liner. After verious tests of the properties of the double layer liner,it has been proved that the liner can meet the application requirement of motor venicle,the production procedure is easy to be carried out,and the scrap frictional material may be rationally utiliged.
