卡莫氟治疗乳腺癌的Ⅱ期临床观察

本文报道了用抗癌新药卡莫氟治疗１４例乳腺癌的结果。单药治疗６例，联合方案治疗８例，治疗有效率均为５０％。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应，多限于Ⅰ～Ⅱ度。结果表明，卡臭氟是一种有前途的治疗乳腺癌的化疗新药。

This paper reports the therapeutical effect of 14 cases of breast cancer treated by HCFU. Ofthese patients 6 cases were treated with single drug and 8 cases were treated with combined chemotherapy con-taining HCFU. The overall effective rates in both groups all were 50%,The main toxic and side reactions wereinhibition of bone marrow and reaction of gastrointestinal tract, in most cases were grade Ⅰ一Ⅱ.The resultsshowed that HCFU is an effective and well tolerated new anticancer drug for breast cancer
