摘要
目前,国内对口腔镜多以化学方法消毒,如有的单位用75%酒精或1%新洁尔灭擦拭或浸泡,既不能灭活乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg),而且可使镜面模糊;有的单位用0.2%过氧乙酸浸泡,杀菌效果虽好,但有腐蚀作用。为改善上述状况,提供一种较理想的方法,我们研制了87型口腔镜紫外线消毒箱,现将结果报告于下。
The dental mirror ultraviolet disinfection chamber type 87 is made of wood and lined with aluminium plate on its inner wall. It is 25×24×34cm^3 in capacity and has three ultraviolet lamps inside, which emit ultraviolet ray at a total intensity of 247～298 μW/cm^2. During disinfection, the dental mirrors are inserted in a turntable in the center of the chamber. The turntable rotates at a speed of 3 rpm. It was showed in experiment that Staphylococcus albus, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans, spore of Bacillus subtilis vat. niger and HBsAg on dental mirror could be killed or inactivated and the disinfection requirements were fulfilled after irradiation for 60 min. When the dental mirror is disinfected by immersing in 75% ethyl alcohol before irradiation, the irradiation time for disinfection can be shortened to 30 min.
