甲醛熏蒸消毒主要影响因素作用数学模型的研究 被引量:1

STUDY ON THE MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF MAIN FACTORS INFLUENCING DISINFECTION EFFICACY OF FORMALDEHYDE FUMIGATION

摘要 甲醛具有较好的杀菌作用,但对其效果的影响因素甚多。前曾用多聚甲醛加高锰酸钾产生甲醛蒸气以对药物使用浓度、作用时间、温度、相对湿度、有机物、吸收物品种类。 The regularity of main factors influencing sporicidal effect of formaldehyde fumigation was studied according to the orthogonal design of quadratic regression. The results showed that the mathematicalmodel of action of these factorg was as follows: Y=3.06+1.04X_1+0.68X_2+1.33X_3+0.75X_4 Where X_1 =relative humidity, X_2=temperature, X_3=concentration of paraformaldehyde used, X_4=exposure time, Y=germicidal effect. According to the level code of each factor, the above model could be converted into an applicable one, i.e. Y=0.058 x_1+0.076 x_2+0.341 x_3+0.836 x_4-6.866 In the latter model, the units of the variables were %, ℃, mg/ L and hr respectively. The results of field experiments showed that the model was correct when the medical articles were sterilized with formaldehyde fumigation.
