摘要
1973年联邦德国首先发现吡酮胺(环已吡酮胺乙醇,ciclopirox olamine,HOE296)有较好的抗真菌作用,1981年上市。我们于1985年开始研制,1987年进行了中试生产。现将国产吡酮胺的抗真菌作用报告如下。
The antifungal activity of ciclopirox olamine synthesized by this laboratory on 23 strains of common pathogenic fungi was examined and compared with that of ketoconazole and clotrimazole. In the experiment, the antifungal drugs were added to Sabauraud medium in different concentrations. The medium were inoculated with the fungi to be tested, and incubated at 28℃ for 48～72 hrs. The results indicated that the minimal fungistatic concentrations of ciclopirox olamine against all 23 strains of fungi tested were not higher than 12.5 μg/ ml, being slightly higher than that of ketoconazole and lower than that of clotrimazole. The influence of pH value and concentration of fungi on antifungal effect was less in ciclopirox olamine than in clotrimazole and ketoconazole.
