POEMS综合征

An Autopsy Case of Crow-Fukase (POEMS)Syndrome and Peview of the Literature

兹报道１例尸检证实的ＰＯＥＭＳ（Ｃｒｏｗ－Ｆｕｋａｓｅ）综合征（多发性周围神经病，器官肿大，内分泌障碍，Ｍ－蛋白，皮肤改变），本例于１９８１～１９９１年间多次住院，由于临床表现复杂，未能肯定诊断，终由病理学确诊。为提高对本综合征的识别，现报告其临床特征及病理学所见。

It was reported a case(female,aged-)of Crow-Fukas(POEMS)syndrome(polyne-uropathy,Organomegaly,Endocrinopathy,Monoclonal(M)protein, Skin changes)which was provedby pathological examination, Although she was hospitalized repeatedly during 1981-1991,the di-agnosis of her disease was still unconfirmed before the histopathological diagnosis.Clinical mani-festations of the patient and pathological findings were presented and the literature reviewed, inorder to distinguish this syndrome from other disorders.
