放热化综合治疗非小细胞肺癌初步探讨

Combination Radiotherapy of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer with Chemo-hyperthermia

自１９９２年３月治疗非小细胞肺癌４８例，其中放热化２６例、单纯放疗２２例；鳞癌３９例、腺癌８例、类癌１例。采用高能Ｘ线常规放疗，ＤＴ５０～７０Ｇｙ；使用８ＭＨｚＲＦ热疗机，放疗后３０～６０ｍｉｎ内热疗，每次６０ｍｉｎ，温度４１～４３℃，每周两次、８～１２次为一疗程；化疗在放疗后、热疗前或与热疗同时进行，每周１次。治疗结果：放热化组ＣＲ６例、ＰＲ１３例、ＭＲ７例；单放组ＣＲ４例、ＰＲ９例、ＭＲ８例、ＮＲ１例。总有效率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）：放热化组７３．１％、单放组５９．１％，Ｐ＞０．０５。放热化组有５例ＣＴ示较大的肿瘤内有明显的低密度区，为肿瘤凝固性坏死征象。与热疗有关的反应为胸痛、心悸和轻度呼吸困难.

The combination therapy of lung cancer with radiation-hyperthermia and chemotherapywas investigated in 48 patients since March 1992 to June 1993, 22 patient;were treated withirradiation only, and the others with radiotherapy and chemohyperthermia. In total 48 cases,39 were squamous cell carcinoma, 8 were adenocarcinoma and one was carcino.The irradiationdose is 50-70 Gy.Hyperthermia was performed twice a week with 60 min after each irradia-tion,using 8 MHz R F capacitive heating equipment.The effective rate was 73.1%in radio-chemo-hyperthermia group,59.1%in irradiation group, P>0.05. The results indicate that it ismore effective to treat synthetically advanced lung cancer with irradiation-hyperthermia and che-motherapy,recent effection is superior to irradiation only.
