睾丸女性化患者的黄体生成素脉冲分泌不受睾酮调节

Pulsatie Secretion of Luteinizing Hormone in Patient with TesticularFeminization ls Not Regulated by Testosterone

１例睾丸女性化患者每日口服氟羟甲基睾酮（ＦＭＴ）４０ｍｇ２周前后都进行了黄体生成素（ＬＨ）脉冲分析，结果平均ＬＨ基础水平、脉冲频率和脉冲幅度睾丸女性化患者都比正常人高，并且不因服用ＦＭＴ而发生明显变化，虽然当时的血清睾酮水平已达到正常人范围。说明睾丸女性化患者在下丘脑和垂体两个水平都不受睾酮的调节。

Luteinizing hormone(LH)pulse analysis was performed in a patient with testicular fe-minization before and after oral administration of fluoxymesterone(FMT)in dose of 40mg dailyfor 2 weeks.It was found that the mean basal LH level,LH pulse frequency and amplitude intesticular feminization were higher than those in normal subject,and not changed significantly bygiving FMT,even though by the time the serum testosterone level had reached normal range. This result illustrated that there is no regulating effect of testosterone on both hypothalamic andpituitary levels in patient with testicular feminization.
