67例肺不张纤维支气管镜检查结果分析

Analysis of the Results of Fibrobronchoscopic Examination for 67 Caseswith Atelectasis

本文报告６７例肺不张患者纤维支气管镜（纤支镜）检查结果。肺癌２４例，占３５．８％；炎症３９例，占５８．２％（其中４例有碳末沉积）；结核２例，占２．９８％；痰阻２例，占２．９８％。肺不张部位以右肺中叶最常见，３２例占４７．８％。

The results of fibrobronchoscopy for 67 cases with ateleclasis were reported in this arti-cle. They were 24 lung cancers(35.8%),39 pulmonary inflammations(58.2%),2 tuberculosis(2.98%)and 2 obstructions by sputum2.98%).Most common region of atelectasis is the middlelober of the right lung.
