摘要
本文介绍了5000kVA工业硅矿热炉炉衬在材质和结构方面的改进措施;通过计算指出,在炉衬结构中选用部分新型隔热保温材料.并进行合理的组合,可收到降低炉衬散热损失和延长炉体使用寿命的双重效果。
Abstract The paper introduces ining improving measures in both material andconstruction of 5000kVA industrial silicon submerged arc furnace,and points outby calculation that selecting part of new type of heat-insulating substance and combining them suitable, can achieve double effects in reducingbeat loss of lining and prolonging life of furnace body.
