在充分分析淳安县柿子生产现状、发展柿子生产的有利条件及实现规模生产柿子等５个方面措施的基础上，论证县委、县府提出“九五”期间淳安发展有规模柿子基地的可行性。

Analysis on current production situation favourable conditions and 5 measurements for scale production of Diospyros Kaki in Chunan showed the feasibility of developping scale production base during the 'Ninth Five-Year Plan' proposed by county Party Committee and county government.
