东皋长柿嫁接砧木选择研究

Study on Stock Selection for Donggao Long Persimmor Grafting

东皋长柿选择浙江柿、油柿、野柿、君迁子作砧木，采用春枝接、春动砧根枝接，秋芽接游试验。结果表明：４种砧木与东皋长柿组合苗期表现亲和性，春枝接和秋芽接成活率均在９０％以上；春功砧根枝接可选择油柿作砧木，成活率９０％以上，其它３种砧木成活率低，不宜采用。

Experiments were made on spring scion grafting.Spring stock root scion grafting acd automn bud grafting with Diospyros glanciflia,D.oleifera.D.Kaki var.silvestris and D.lotus as stock.The result showed that 4 type grafted seedlings had congeniality.Survival rate of spring scion grafting and automn bud grafting was over 90%.D.oleifera was the best for spring stock root scion grafting, the survival rate could reach over 90%,Grafted seedlings with other 3 stocks had low survival rate.
