摘要
本文简述共焦激光扫描荧光显微镜的基本原理,提出扫描系统的方案确定和优化设计的方法,使用该方法可使扫描渐晕减少为原来的1%。同时还给出扫描控制系统的运行和控制法以及获得均匀图像的补偿方法。
The basical principle of confocal theer scanning fluorescence microscope is described briefly in the paper, and the method for determination of scanning system scheme and for optimum design robed. By use of this method, the scanning vignetting can be reduced to 1% of the original one. At the same time. the methods for operating and controlling the scanning controlled system and a compensation method for obtaining uniform images are also given.
