论述了由柠檬酸溶液,制取无水柠檬酸的工艺条件,讨论了结晶温度,浓缩液比重等因素对产品质量的影响,并通过实验给出了较优的生产工艺条件。
Process conditions of crystallizing anhydrous citric acid from its solution were stated.Factors affecting quality of the product e.g,crystallizing ternperature and specific gravity of the concentrated liquor were glven by the experiments.
