摘要
提出一种半无限体冲入问题的组合解法,即将冲头下部变形区模拟成满足上界连续速度场的矩形件压缩问题并将冲头外部变形区设定为滑移线场,首先按冲头外部沿移线场形状算出水平压应力的精确值,然后将该值做为矩形件压缩的已知侧压力,再以上界定理进行解析。最终以两种方法的组合给出冲压力的解析解。
evelops a combinatorial solution for indentation of semiinfinite medium, i. e. the deforming zone under the punch is regarded as a rectangular block with upper bound continuous velocity field and the outside of it as the slip line field. The exact value of horizontal compressing stress is first worked out by the figurationof the slip line field. Then, using it as a proscribed lateral stress to solve compression of the rectangular workpiece with upper bound theoem. Finally, by the combination of the two methods an analytical solution for the indentating stress is obtained.
