平砧锻造的数值模拟──随动坐标能量法

摘要 平砧锻造是塑性大变形问题,本文采用随动坐标系跟踪流动质点,利用能量法分步计算质点位移增量、等效应变场等,然后叠加。计算结果得到实验验证。 he forging process is a problem concerning large plastic deformation, so that this paper adoptedthe comoving coordinate to follow the tracks of flowing particls, and used the energy method to calculate, stepby step, increment of displacement, effective strain field, etc. Owing to change of the coordinate in companywith the forging blank, the functional of total energy of deformation and the functions and parameters concerned were shown in the form of tensors. The results calculated have been verified by experiments.
