摘要
本文用有限元法对40MN大梁压机振动隔离前后的动态特性及各工况下的振动响应进行了分析,并绘制出了振动隔离前后的前十阶振型及关键部位的振动响应曲线,可供压机隔振设计及压机结构改进设计参考。
n analysis is made of the dynamic characteristics and vibration responds for 40MN pressing axlebeam mechanic press installed both with and without vibration--isolation during working by finite elementmothod. As a result, vibration-modes of the first ten stages obtained and vibration respond curves of its important points are run, witch are, therefore, availabe for reference in both vibration--isolation design andstructural improvement of mechanical press.
