摘要
本文在对某厂新近设计的２２ＭＮ液压机进行结构分析和简化的基础上，用ＡＮＳＹＳ软件对其整体框架式机身进行了静动态有限元计算，求出了正载及偏载工况下的应力位移分布，模态分析给出了机身振动的前十阶固有频率及相应振型，在此基础上，总结了该机身设计的力学特点，指出了进一步改进的方向与措施，这对于同类锻压设备的设计及静动态计算具有重要的参考价值。
in this paper, the welded sheet frame structure of a new 22MN hydraulic press is introduced andsimplified, Then, the stress and displacement distribution of symetry and unsymetry load condition areknown on the basis of finite element calculation with ANSYS software package. Form the modal anlysis, theformer 10 frequencies and vibration modes of this frame are shown. In this basis, the static and dynamicproperties of the press are summarized and the way to improve it's structure is given.
