摘要
组织褐变是阻碍核桃组培快速繁殖正常进行的关键因子。本文分析了核桃组织褐变的原因,并运用不同方法对核桃外植体进行预处理和培养基中加入抗氧化剂,防止核桃组织褐变试验研究.结果表明:核桃组织处於适宜浓度的硫酸钠溶液的保护之中,可有效地防止核桃组织褐变,效果最好;而用硫脲处理效果较差;用自来水处理效果最差。进而为核桃组织培工厂化育苗提供了一条有效途径。
Tissue oxidative browning is a key factor, that of interfered with normal propagation of walnut tissue culture, This paper, we analysis the reason 6f tissue oxidative browing of walnut explant, and the different methods was used to deal with the pretreatment of walnut explant, or added respectively anti -oxidants. to the hasal medium to study on the walnut tissue oxidative browning experiment. The results showed that: the walnut explant under the protection of the suitable-density solution of sodium thiosulfate, and coordination of the sodium thiosulfate was added respectively to the hasal medium. in preventing oxidative browning of walnut explants, effectively, it was the best method; And the thiourea was more effective compounds than the tap water. It was a effective path for growing seedlings of walnut in large scale with tissue culture.
