借鉴英国高校职教经验　促进我国职技高师发展

Using the Vocational Education Experiences ofBritish Universties toPromote the Development ofVocational Technical Teachers Colleges in china

我国职技高师发展时间比较短，无论在办学的理论上，还是实践上都很不完善，需要在发展中不断进行探索。本文通过借鉴英国高校进行职业教育的经验，结合我国职技高师发展的实际情况，就校外教育、培训中心建设，实习基地建设，专业设置，课程设置，师资队伍建设等方面做些探付。

By combining the vocational education experiences of British Universities with the reality of development of chinese vocational technical teachers'colleges,this article makes further explorations in building outside school training centres and practice base,setting up specialized subjects,staff development for tecahers and courses offered in vocational technical Tecahers'colleges.
