本文简略总结了我省实施科教兴省战略以来,科技工作取得的明显成效和对全省经济建设和社会发展作出的贡献.指出了存在的问题,提出了解决问题的对策与措施.

Since the strategy of promoting province with science and technology education was implemented, the authors concluded briefly the marked effect of scientific and technical work and contribution to economic construction and social development, indicated existent problem and put forword the countermeasure and step to solve problem.
