本文总结了“八五”以来我省企业技术开发取得的主要成就,指出了技术开发工作存在的主要问题及“九五”应采取的对策与措施.
The author concludes the main achievements on technical development of enterprises in Qinghai Province since 'Eight-Five', indicates the main existent questions of technical development and puts forword countermeasures and steps in 'Nine-Five'.
