摘要
本文围绕加速我省科技成果转化问题,简要回顾了“八五”期间所取得的成效,并针对存在的问题,提出若干建议和对策.
To contre on speeding up the transformation of scientific and technical a-cohievement, the author reviews the achievement and effect in the period of 'Eight-Five' and put forword the suggestions and countermeasures in accordance with the existent problems.
