对我国钢铁企业经济规模的探讨

CONSIDERATON ON ECONOMICAL SCALE OF CHINA’S IRON &STEEL ENTERPRISE

本文从经济规模角度出发，对我国现有钢铁企业作统计分析，认为国内多数现有企业达不到经济规模要求，经济效益差，缺乏竞争力。提出经济规模的确定，要在综合考虑优化结构的前提下针对不同工艺流程特点，选型合适的设备，以取得低成本，高效益的目标。并对利用经济规模，促进我国钢铁工业发展，提出了采用新技术，改造重点企业，适当增加生产规模等６项建议。

s viewed from the economical scale the present paper indicated on the basis of thestatistlcal analysis on the actual conditions of the country’s Iron & steel enterprises that the overallmajority of China’s enterprises have hardly attained their originally designed economical scale andmoreover are of low economical efficiencies and vuinerable to the market competition. It emphasizedthat the economical scale for an enterprise shall be determined depending upon the different processingfeatures and properly selectd equipments with the prerequisite to the structural optimization in orderto carry out the preplanned aims of low cost and high economical effectiveness and put forward sixrecommendations including introduction of new technologies,renovation of the key enterprises andapproprlately expansion of the production scale of the enterprises
