100例老年糖尿病患者的眼部并发症

Ocular complications of 100 senile diabetic patients

作者回顾研究了１００例老年糖尿病患者的眼部并发症，其中主要并发症是白内障和各种类型的糖尿病性视网膜病变。在１２０眼糖尿病性视网膜病变中，７１．１６％属于单纯性视网膜病变，１６．６７％前增殖性视网膜病变，１１．６７％增殖性视网膜病变。视力预后极为不良，３１眼（１５．５％）盲目，９７眼（４８．５％）低视力，视力超过０．３者仅有７２眼（３６％）。本文简要讨论了有关白内障的手术与糖尿病性视网膜病变的成因。

We retrospectivelyreviewed the ocular complications of 100 consecutive senile dibetic patients.The main complications were cataracts(76 cases)and various types of diabetic retinopathy(60 cases).In 120 eyes of DR,71.16% eyes were simple retinopathy,16.67%,pre-proliferative retinopathy and 11.67%,proliferative retinopathy.The prognosis of visual acuity was very poor-31 eyes(15.5%) were blind and 97 eyes(48.5%),low vision.Only 72 eyes(36%) achieved vision over 0.3.The surgery of cataract and the causes of diabetic retinopathy were also briefly discussed in this paper.
