“绿脓杆菌MSHA菌毛株菌苗”治疗寻常性银屑病的临床观察

A Study of PA-MSHA vaccine in treatment of Psoriasis vulgaris

本文应用新研制的具有免疫调节作用的绿脓杆菌菌毛株菌苗（简称ＰＭ菌苗）治疗寻常型银屑病，以转移因子作对照，临床治疗结果显示：ＰＭ菌苗治疗组１６４例患者，基本治愈率３１．１％，显效率７５％，总有效率９５．７％，统计学处理均有显著性差别（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果表明，ＰＭ菌苗临床观察治疗寻常型银屑病显示较高的疗效，且低毒安全，未见全身副反应。

A newly investigation vaccine is prepared from'MSHA PILITED STRAIN of PS.'aeruginosa(PA-MSHA),which has the function of immunoregulation,is used for psoriasis vulgaris,TF as control.Clinical observation showing:164 cases are traeated with the vaccine,basic cure rate(31.1%),significant effect rate(75%),total effect rate(95.7%)are higher control,s 16.39%,47.54%, 83.6% respectively,has significant differentiation in statistics(P<0.05,P<0.01 respectively).All of these results suggest:the PA-MSHA vaccine has therapic effects in treating psoriasis.
