报告１０５例超声乳化白内障囊外摘除及人工晶体植入手术，应用小切口可允许患者术后很快恢复正常活动，小切口也是此手术较标准计划性囊外白内障摘除术的主要优点，主要适用于无硬核的白内障患者，有关此种手术的主要操作技术也作了简短的讨论。

cases of small incision phacoemulsification extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were reported.The use of a small incision has been advocated to allow patients to resume normal activity quickly after surgery.The small incision is the major advantage this procedure has over standard planned extracapsular surgery and it is mainly useful in patients without dense nuclear sclerosis.The principle techniques in this surgery are also briefly discussed.
