金石散胶囊溶解胆石的临床研究

The summary report of clinical study on gallstone dissoiution with "Jin shi san

自１９８７年迄今，用金石散（４～５胶囊／次，２～３次／天）治疗胆结石患者１７７例，３月为一疗程，共２～４疗程。治疗前后均经Ｂ超检查以判断疗效。结果显示：１．服药一月，９０％病人的发热、腹胀、疼痛等临床症状消失。２．６２例胆囊结石经服药平均８．１８＋７．１４月后，３例结石完全消失（４．８４％），３７例结石减少变小，总有效率６４．５２％；而临床类型相似的另外２３例，用ＵＤＣＡ治疗作为对照组，总有效率仅３４．８％，无一例结石完全消失。提示金石散的疗效似优于ＵＤＣＡ。３．９例总胆管结石服金石散５．３＋２．２月后，４例结石完全消失，明显减少减小者４例，总有效率７７．７％。４．肝内结石９０例，服药６．６＋３．３月，结石完全消失者１３例（１４．４％），明显减少变小者４４例（４８．９％）。５．服药期间患者除大便颜色变黑（药物颜色）变稀软外，无其它副作用。

Actual writer-Pei Dekai)177 cases of various biliary stones were treated with 'Jin Shi San'(JSS)4-5 capsules, 2-3 times/day,since 1987.The clinical effecacy was evaluated with B ultrasonography pre and post every curative course,eatal as 3 months for 2-4 courses.It demonstrated that:1.The clinical syndromes such as fever,abdomenal distension and pain were subside in more than 90% patients after one month treatment.2.The gallstones were disappeared in 3 cases(4.84%),and became lesser andlor smaller in 37 cases,the total effecacy was 64.52% in the 62 cases of cholecystic gallstone after treated for 8.18+7.14 months.Meanwhile other 23 cases with similar clinical parttern were treated with UDCA as control,its total effecacy only 34.8% and no ones gallstones were all disappeared.It seems that the effecacy on galistone dissolution is better in JSS than UDCA.3.The biliary stones were all disappearedin 4 cases and became significantly lesser andlor smaller in 3 cases, the total effecacy was 77.7% in 9 cases of common duct biliary stone after treated with JSS for 5.3+2.2 months.4.The biliary stones were all disappeared in 13 cases(14.4%), and became much lesser andlor smaller in 44 cases(48.9%) in 90 cases of intraliepatic biliary stone after treated with JSS for6.6+3.3 months.5.There were no any side-effect except the stool became darker(colour of drag) and mashed.
