军团菌肺炎10例临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF LEGIONELLA PNEUMONIA

对１０例嗜肺军团菌肺炎患者的临床特点进行了分析，其中１例为院内感染，９例为院外机会感染。讨论了本病的肺外表现和合并症，１例合并卡氏肺孢子虫性肺炎；１例同时发生嗜肺军团菌和米克达德军团菌２种感染。讨论了本病的诊断及治疗，认为早期诊断及早期治疗是至关重要的。

The clinical features of 10 cases of legionella pneumonia were analysed.1 case was nosocomial infection,9cases were community acquired infection. The extrapulmonary manifestations and complications of the disease were discussed.Among the 10 patients,one patinet complicated by pneumocystis carinii pneumonia, one patient was caused by si-multaneous infection with legionella pneumophila and legionella micdadei. The others were caused by legionellapneumophila alone. Diagnosis and treatment of legionella pneu-monia were also discussed. It is emphasized that early diagnosis and early treatment are ofcritical importance.
