摘要
经尿道微波治疗良性前列腺增生症１０３例，２个月后随诊８３例，其中主观症状改善者６２例，占７４．７％。对微波治疗前列腺增生症的机理、适应征、操作中的注意事项进行了讨论。认为在患者可耐受的情况下，前列腺组织温度越高，治疗效果越好。
cases of benign prostatic
hyperplasia were treated by microwave hyperther mia ,83 cases have
been followed up for 2 months,Symptomatic improvement occured in62
cases(74.7%).Mechanism of the microwave treatment,its indcation and
precaution of instrumentation are discussed in this report.It is
pointed out that the higher the tem-preture of treatment,the better
the efficiency of theatment, provided that patient can withstand the
treatment.
