摘要
通过盆栽方式研究了聚乙烯醇(PVA)处理对紫云英抗寒性的影响。结果表明,PVA处理种子后紫云英在冬季来临之前在生理生化方面适应了低温,抗寒性逐渐增强;在-9~-11℃的严寒气候下,PVA处理的紫云英体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性增强,膜脂过氧化水平低,质膜透性增加较少,受冻害较轻。
This paper studied effect of Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA)pretreatment on Coid Resis-tance of Chinese Milk Vetch pot experiment. The result showed physiological and bio-chemical change of Chinese Milk Vetch with PVA pretreatment have adapted stress of low temperature before winter. and Cold Resistance was gradually increased.Activity of Superoxid dismutase(SOD )、Catalase(CAT)and Peroxidase (POD)in Chinese Milk Vetch were increased and membrane lipid peroxidation level was low ,and permeabilityof plasma membrase was lowly increased , and freezing injury was light with PVA pre-treatment under low temperature stess(-9~-11℃).
