试论内蒙古草地的放牧制度

A Discussion on Grazing Systems in Inner Mongolia Grasslands.

合理的放牧制度是对草地进行合理利用，充分发挥草地资源潜力的前提。本文分析了内蒙古草地放牧制度的历史与现状，着重讨论了自由放牧与草地退化的关系及分区轮牧的好处。认为放牧制度必须与畜牧业生产力发展水平相适应，并分析了内蒙古草地实行分区轮牧的客观性和可能性，提出了在不同情况下选择合理放牧制度的基本原则和具体做法。

A rational grazing system(GS)is the prerequisite for utilizing grassland properly and giving full play to the potential of grassland resources.In this paper,the history and present situations of GS in the Inner Mongolia grasslands were analysed.The relation-ship between free grazing and grassland deterioration, and the advantages of rotational grazing were emphatically discussed.The view that GS must correspond with the devel-oping level of productive forces of animal husbandry was pointed out. On the basis of discussing the objective and possibility for using the rotational GS in Inner Mongoliagrasslands,the basic principles and concrete methods for selecting the rational GS under different conditions were advanced.
