牛磺酸对肉仔鸡生产性能的影响及其作用机制的研究 被引量:43

摘要 本试验以Ross父母代肉仔鸡为实验动物,研究了日粮中添加不同水平的牛磺酸对肉仔鸡(0~3周)早期生产性能、血清中甲状腺激素(T3、T4)水平和免疫功能的影响。结果表明:牛磺酸的适宜添加水平0.1%,它可显著降低3周龄肉仔鸡的料重比,提高血清中T3水平.新城疫抗体效价(HI)及免疫器官腔上囊和脾脏的相对重量,对3周龄肉仔鸡体重、血清中T4水平及胸腺相对重量未见显著影响。 Ross parental brolers were used as animal model to determine the effect of different supplemental level of taurine on broilers performance of early ape (0~3week), the concentration of T3 and T4 in serum and immunity. The results showed that the suitable supplemental level of tauine in diet is 0.10%. It has significantly decreased feed/weight of three week broler and increased cocentration of T3 in serum. The relative weight of bursal and spleen increased, HI was significantly higher than control group, But it did not affected body weight of three week broler and T4 concentration in serum, The relative weight of thymus was not affected by added taurine.
