腹水症肉鸡的血液学变化的研究

Study on the Blood Change of Ascites in Broiler Chickens

本文对腹水症肉鸡的血液学变化、腹水的理化性质及其有无细菌等进行了研究。研究结果表明，腹水症肉鸡的红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞压容、平均红细胞体积及异嗜性粒细胞均增多，与健康肉鸡相比较，其差异性显著；腹腔内的腹水是漏出液而不是渗出液，细菌学检查呈阴性，这说明该病可能不是细菌感染所引起。

The experiment results showed that red blood cells. haemoglobin,packed cell volume and mean corpuscular volume of ascites were increased in broiler chickens. Compared with the health brooler chickens, the difference was more significant. The fluid in the abdominal Cavity was transudate, it was not exudate.This results explained that ascites of broiler chickens was not infected by bacteia.
