摘要
本工作将高海拔地区正常人血浆心钠素水平与高原肺水肿病人血浆心钠素水平进行比较,结果表明,高原肺水肿病人血浆心钠素水平明显高于高海拔正常对照组(P<0.001)。说明高原肺水肿患者的心钠素分泌功能并未受到损害。提示心钠素可能通过改善肺动脉高压状态,增加肺表面活性物质等机制减轻肺水肿,而对患者起有利的保护作用。本研究从新的角度初步探讨了高原肺水肿的发病机制。
This
study compared atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP)levels in plasma of
normal su5jects andhigh altitude pulmonary edema(HAPE ) patients in
high aItitude(3 719m and 4 300 mrespectively). The resuIts showed
that the ANP level in HAPE was significantly higher than nor-mal
subjects(P<0. 001).The selectory function of ANP in HAPE was not
affected and ANP maybe beneficial to AHPE through improving pulmonary
hypertension,increasing pulmonary surfaceactive materials and
decreasing permeability of capillaries. The relation of ANP with
AHPEshowed in this study may show certain clinical significance for
AHPE treatment.
