摘要 采用L_9(3 ̄4)正交表设计,进行了轻稀土、重稀土和混合稀土三因素三水平对珍珠质分泌影响的试验研究。结果表明,轻稀土和全元素混合稀土对三角帆蚌珍珠质的促泌作用显著,其促泌作用大小顺序是:混合稀土>轻稀土>重稀土。在本试验条件下,各类稀土对珍珠质促泌的最适浓度分别是:轻稀土为100~300ppm;重稀土为100ppm;混合稀土为100ppm。 The experiment of effects of light rare earth (LRE),heavy rare earth(HRE)and mixed rare earth(MRE)on the secretion Of matter of pearl iscarried out on three levels according to the La(3 ̄4) orthogonal layout,Theresults show that the LRE and MRE of total element accelerate the secretionof nacrum significantly ,and the acceleration of MRE is the greatest ,othersare LRE, HRE accordingly . Under the experimental conditions,the optimalconsistency of LRE for accelerating the secretion of nacrum of Hyriopsiscumingii is 50-100 ppm, HRE 50 ppm, and MRE 100 ppm. There are usually radioactive elements in the rare-earth mineral ,suchas  ̄(234)Th, ̄(238)U and  ̄(236)Ra. The low dose of these radioactive elements canaccelerate the secretion of nacrum as well ,but whether the extensive use ofRE contained the radioactive substances will lead to environmental pollutionis a problem deserving of environmentalist’s attention.
