猪苓多糖对白细胞介素─1产生的影响

INFLUENCE OF GPS ON THE RELEASE OF INTERLEUKIN-1

本文应用小鼠胸腺细胞ＭＴＴ比色分析法测定了猪苓多糖作用小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的培养上清中ＩＬ－１的活性，并对ＩＬ－１的产生过程做了动态观察。结果表明，猪苓多糖１００ｕｇ／ｍｌ，２００ｕｇ／ｍｌ，５００ｕｇ／ｍｌ在体外作用小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞后，可诱导ＩＬ－１的产生。其培养上清在１２小时即可表现ＩＬ－１活性，４８小时达高峰，此后即开始下降。

Using MTT colorimetric assay of mouse thymocytes demonstrated that GPS(100─500ug/ml)could induce mouse peritoneal M to produce IL_(1) in vitro. IL_(-1) activity in the m culture supernatant could be detected at 12 hour and it peaked at 48 hour,then began to reduce.
