This paper approaches thoroughly the technique of preserving and retrieving the boot sector. The method given in the papcr doesn't mend the boot sector according to the logical structure,but it keeps the boot scctor in a command file before the boot sector is destroyed.The boot sector will be retrieved according to the command file.This method is easy to master and conv enient to use.
