摘要
本实验研究了高脂血清和锌对培养的乳鼠心肌细胞作用。结果表明:高脂血清培养的心肌细胞搏动部位数明显减少,细胞出现明显的超微结构改变,同时心肌细胞脂质过氧化物(LPO)明显增多。加锌则能明显增加细胞自发搏动部位数,减少细胞内LPO,并使细胞损伤明显减轻。结果提示高脂血清对培养的心肌细胞损伤与心肌细胞脂质过氧化有关,锌对高脂血清所致的心肌细胞损伤有保护作用。
The effect of hyperlipidemic serum(HLS)and zinc on the morphology and lipid peroxidation of MC cultured from the neonatal rats was studied.The results showed that the number of spontaneous beating MC incubated with HLS was significantly decreased and obvious ultrastrutual changes with the elevated lipid peroxides could be easily found in MC with HLS.However zinc could remarkably increased the number of spontaneous heating cells and decreased the lipid peroxides in the cells and the cellular damages were also quite mild.These results sugget that MC damages and the inhibition of the beating function induced by HLS are related to the lipid peroxidation of MC and zinc can protect the MC from the injury induced by HLS during the culture.
