大剂量华蟾素治疗中晚期肝癌疗效观察

OBSERVATION OF THE TREATMENT OF HEPATIC CANCER WITH CINOBUFOTOXIN IN MIDDLE-LATE STAGE

１９９５年１－９月我科使用大剂量华蟾素治疗中晚期肝癌１０例，效果较好，临床症状改善明显。对于全身状况差、白细胞低、不能耐受手术、肝动脉插管化疗、全身化疗或局部放疗者，效果尤佳，治疗后ｋａｒｎｏｆｓｋｙ评分平均提高５分，有效７０％（Ⅰ级２０％、Ⅱ级５０％）。明显缓解临床症状，减轻痛苦，提高了生存质量，延长生长期。而且副作用小，是中晚期肝癌姑息治疗中一种值得探讨的抗癌药物。

Ten cases of hepatic cancer in the middle-late stage weve treated with heavy dosage of cinobufotoxin and better results were obtained. The effective rate was 70%. The value increased five scores by Karnofsky evaluation Cinobufotoxin can alleviate clinical symptom, relieve suffering, improve life quality and prolong living span. The medicine is suitable for those patients who are intolerable to surgical treatment, intubation chemotherapy through hepatic artery, general chmotherapy and local radiotherapy due to leukopenia or weakness. Cinobufotoxin is and applicable agent in palliative treatment of hepatic cancer in the middle-late stage. Further research, however, is needed.
