摘要
用一个较小的半工业试验装置进行的铁水脱硫试验充分证实了离心旋流连续冶炼法的可行性.以该试验装置为对象所做的理论计算结果与分析表明,三个旋流区的作用具有互补性和可调性,在优化反应器结构参数的前投下。
Hot metal desulfurizing tests conducted in the pilot-plant facilities verify that the centrifugal vortex flow continuous refining process is practical. The theoretical calculation and analysis based on the experimental results show that the roles played by the three vortex zones are adjustable and complementary to each other. On the premisp of optimizing the structural parameters of the reactor, the basic means to enhance the reaction efficiency or the reactor capability is the rational selection of well-matched parameters for the rotation velocity and the fluid flow.
