摘要
本文介绍工业规模谷氨酸分批发酵过程中计算机优化控制的应用.结合发酵机理和工艺,提出了优化操作控制策略,并设计人工智能逻辑顺序控制算法,根据批报数据确定提风和加尿素的优化操作设定和约束条件,进行全自动优化控制.在此基础上研究开发了现代高级过程控制技术.应用矩阵学值分解方法,选择在线检测的排气O2和经验数据集,进行状态在线辨识,使多变量同时满足过程约束条件。
A computer system was developed and used for industrial process control ofglutamic acid fermentation. The control strategy based on T6-13 strain metabolic mechanism was designed to implement automatical optimal manipulatinns and feedback colltrol of areation adjustment and urea addition in accordance with the atificial iatelligence logic sequence tables.Matrices which contain empirical data and on-line measurement of exit oxygen are employed to estimate the state variables by means of the method of singular value decomposition. The on-line identification of the process status can consequently be applied as an index for sequential control.
